Barbara Cowley, the owner and the real spice behind RedSpice, has over 14 years experience
in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry. Barbara worked as a
senior travel consultant for 11 years before assisting with the establishment of
Watagan View, a privately owned holiday retreat in the NSW Hunter Valley. Upon
opening the property Barbara then stepped into the role of business manager.The
property is now highly regarded as a leader in Hunter Valley private residence
accommodation. During this time Barbara continued to run a successful travel
consultancy business also unique in that she operated a private consultation service
to all clients in the comfort of their homes or offices. Setting a new standard
in customer service Barbara has twice been voted by her peers within the
industry as one of Australia's top consultants. Barbara expanded her holiday retreat portfolio with the addition of Belford @ Bar Point, a luxury purpose built retreat on the Hawkesbury River. Once again Barbara assisted the owners from the outset of the project seeing the property built, before assisting in its establishment as a high quality and luxurious retreat. Barbara is known to run hot everyday of the week, with her excitement and enthusiasm towards her clients businesses evident in her pursuit of excellence. She loves working closely with each and every property she oversees and gets great joy and satisfaction from seeing each property grow and succeed in their own right. RedSpice is now spicing things up for many private property owners who are keen to work with Barbara and her team. Barbara assists start up businesses as well as established businesses to make their private holiday retreats properties that are fondly remembered by guests ensuring repeat business. The RedSpice team is also made up of the hard workers who continuously meet the demands of excellence in service. This team consists of cleaners, gardeners and maintenance staff who personally pride themselves on providing RedSpice properties with exceptional attention to detail. |
